MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

Plan, execute, and deliver successful e-commerce projects. This involves managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders within and outside e-commerce. Provide weekly and monthly updates on the progress of the projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists the e-commerce head in planning e-commerce projects, including identifying project goals, timelines and stakeholder deliverables, and resource requirements. Manages all aspects of day-to-day activity and ensuring that the project progresses smoothly from start to finish
• Follows up with relevant departments on project deliverables are achieved within committed timelines
• Identifies potential risk factors and take corrective action to mitigate them.
• Identifies potential delays, developing mitigation strategies, communicating with stakeholders, and adjusting project plans as necessary to ensure that project delivery is on track.
• Finds opportunities to grow Ancillary and Auxiliary revenue for achieving sales numbers.
• Monitors revenue performance from partner channels on a regular basis, tracking revenue MOM and identifying any trends or patterns that may indicate opportunities for growth.
• Meets all project owners to report the progress on project deliverables by creating and publishing weekly reports.
• Coordinates with Support Team from all departments
• Maintains relationship with all reportees within e-commerce team and with external stakeholders like IT, Finance and Marketing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Education

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (or Equivalent)

Experience Specific Requirements

• Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) - 6
• Preferred No. of Years (without Relevant Degree) \xe2\x80\x93 8
• 3 years of experience in an airline or travel industry with some background in IT, ecommerce (and project management experience would be a bonus)

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
