We are hiring for the Project manager role for the Fit- Out industry.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager

with strong expertise in

fit out and interior execution

, specifically for

mall and commercial projects

. The role involves leading project delivery, coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage fit-out projects from planning to handover. Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely progress. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and mall authorities. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety rules. Monitor project budgets, material requirements, and cost control. Handle client communication, progress reporting, approvals, and inspections.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design. 5-7 years of fit-out project management experience (mall/commercial). Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and authority approvals. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
