Role Summary
Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all activities on assigned projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution of construction works in coordination with main contractors and consultancy teams. This role is critical in aligning all stakeholders toward achieving project milestones, quality standards, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and adjust project progress schedules to meet targets
• Coordinate with contractors to implement and track project logistics plans
• Monitor actual versus planned performance, ensuring adequate workforce and resources
• Oversee purchasing and project engineering processes to ensure timely delivery and approvals
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, job diaries, and photo records
• Ensure works are executed in line with approved method statements and international safety standards
• Support the Project Controls Manager in progress reporting and compliance tracking

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7-9 years of experience in construction and project management within the GCC
• Strong post-contract experience is mandatory
• In-depth understanding of design coordination, construction processes, and commercial management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
