Key Responsibilities
- Lead the seamless execution of projects by coordinating internal teams and external vendors/partners.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and technical feasibility.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and milestones. Proactively manage changes in project scope, timelines, and costs using structured change control processes.
- Track project performance using finance tools, reporting systems, and project metrics.
- Provide regular updates and escalate risks or issues to senior management when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate client briefing sessions and clarify requirements and expectations.
- Delegate tasks effectively based on team strengths, skill sets, and capacity. Conduct post-project evaluations to analyze performance and delivery against objectives.
- Adjust project constraints when needed based on budget reviews and financial insights.
- Present and communicate project plans to clients and internal teams. Continuously enhance leadership capabilities and stay updated through relevant training or industry events.
- Produce spreadsheets, process flows, and documentation to support project planning and execution.
- Perform additional related duties as required to support the team and company objectives.
