We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to fully lead and deliver high-rise building projects (G+8 and above). You will be responsible for the project from site mobilization to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for project delivery including time, cost, quality, safety, and approvals
Manage day-to-day site execution, construction teams, subcontractors, and resources
Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and cash flow
Handle client coordination, contracts, variations, claims, and project risks
Ensure all work complies with authority requirements, HSE standards, and quality systems
Identify problems early and take corrective action to keep the project on track
Lead testing, commissioning, and final handover of the project
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
11-15 years of total construction experience
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager on high-rise buildings (G+8 and above)
Proven experience delivering projects from start to final handover
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED19,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
