Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager from the Gaming domain

to manage end-to-end delivery of gaming and technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience coordinating with

IT teams, developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders

, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete project lifecycle from

requirement gathering to delivery and deployment

Coordinate closely with

IT teams (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, QA)

Translate

business requirements into technical tasks

and ensure clarity across teams Plan project timelines, milestones, sprint cycles, and deliverables Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and resolve issues proactively Ensure compliance with

gaming regulations, security, and platform standards

Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Ensure proper documentation including

BRDs, SRS, flow diagrams, and reports

Communicate project status clearly to management and stakeholders Manage third-party vendors, APIs, SDK integrations, and platform partners Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of gaming platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a

Project Manager in the Gaming / iGaming industry

Strong understanding of

game development lifecycle

Hands-on experience working with

IT and technical teams

Knowledge of

Agile / Scrum / Waterfall

project methodologies Familiarity with technologies such as: Web & Mobile Applications APIs, SDKs, payment gateways, real-time gaming engines Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure - preferred) Experience using project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

Casino, Sports Betting, Fantasy, or Multiplayer Games

Basic technical understanding of

JavaScript, React, Node.js, Java, or similar

Exposure to

RNG, risk engines, fraud detection, or gaming compliance

Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Problem-solving and decision-making mindset Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environments Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
