Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven

Project Manager

to lead and deliver interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of construction drawings, hands-on experience in the

fit-out industry

, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, schedules, and budgets while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage fit-out and interior construction projects from design coordination through handover. Read, interpret, and coordinate works based on

architectural plans, technical drawings, and MEP drawings

. Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and site activities to meet deadlines and budgets. Coordinate with consultants, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Ensure works are executed in compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety regulations are followed. Prepare and track project budgets, variations, and cost controls. Conduct site inspections, meetings, and reporting to management and clients. Oversee snagging, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the fit-out or interior construction industry

. Proven ability to

read and interpret architectural, technical, and MEP drawings

. Strong understanding of site execution, materials, and construction methods.

Valid driver's license (mandatory)

. Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with commercial, residential, or hospitality fit-out projects. Knowledge of local building codes and authority approvals. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to prepare and submit daily and monthly reports for each assigned project.
