Overall responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects.
Lead, manage, and coordinate the civil engineering team, site engineers, and site supervisors.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved time, cost, quality, and safety standards.
Review and approve project programmed, method statements, and progress reports.
Monitor site progress, resolve technical and contractual issues, and take corrective actions when required.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, HSE requirements, and company procedures.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly project progress reports to management.
Manage resources, budgets, and procurement in coordination with commercial and procurement teams.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
DM Approved
Valid UAE driving license
10 years Proven experience in managing civil construction projects in the UAE.
Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
