We are seeking a senior, execution-driven Project Manager to take full ownership of high-rise construction projects (G+8 and above). The role covers the complete project lifecycle--from mobilization and construction through testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Take complete end-to-end ownership of the project, including schedule, cost, quality, safety, and statutory compliance
Lead on-site execution, construction teams, subcontractors, and resource planning
Manage client relationships, contracts, variations, claims, and overall project risk
Control project budgets, cash flow, timelines, and implement recovery plans when required
Ensure full compliance with regulatory authorities, HSE standards, and quality management systems
Proactively identify and resolve technical, commercial, and execution-related risks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
11-15 years of total construction experience
Minimum 5+ years in a
Project Manager role
delivering high-rise buildings (G+8 and above)
Proven track record of
personally leading and delivering projects from start to final handover
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED19,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
