Lead high-rise building projects from mobilization through final handover.
Only candidates with hands-on experience in G+8+ buildings will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of project delivery including
schedule, cost, quality, safety, and compliance
Manage site teams, contractors, consultants, and client coordination
Control budgets, timelines, and implement recovery plans when required
Ensure full compliance with
HSE, regulatory, and quality standards
Resolve technical, contractual, and commercial issues proactively
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
11-15 years
of construction experience, including
minimum 5 years in high-rise projects
Proven experience completing
at least one full high-rise project
Fluency in
Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada
Valid
UAE driving license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED17,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
