Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identify project resources and assign tasks to team members.
Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring work is progressing according to plan.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, procurement, construction, etc.) and external contractors/vendors.
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Track milestones, deliverables, and budget utilization.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Conduct regular meetings to report on project progress, issues, and solutions.
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Enforce quality standards and verify that work meets specifications.
Manage and document any changes in project scope, schedule, or costs.
Conduct final inspections and ensure punch-list items are completed.
Handover completed projects to the client with all documentation.
Review project performance, identify lessons learned, and recommend process improvements.
