We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing baseline schedules, manpower histograms, and resource allocation plans.
Plan, execute, and oversee project activities in accordance with approved schedules, budgets, and scope.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, costs, and quality; take corrective actions where required.
Review and approve project plans, method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Manage project risks, variations, claims, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and company policies.
Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to management and stakeholders.
Oversee resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and materials.
Ensure timely handover of projects with complete documentation and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager in construction or engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methods, and sequencing.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
Good understanding of drawings, specifications, contracts, and local regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
