Key Responsibilities:
Manage event and exhibition projects from initial client brief to final delivery
Coordinate with clients, understand requirements, and manage ongoing communication
Plan and oversee production, fabrication, and on-site installation
Prepare project estimates, budgets, and costings
Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely execution
Support B2B sales activities and project proposals
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance during project execution
Requirements:
5-8 years of proven experience in the
Event & Exhibition industry
(mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience in production and site execution
Knowledge of estimation, costing, and project budgeting
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
Valid UAE driving license
UAE experience required
