Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized

Project Manager

to lead and oversee projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

> Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage projects according to defined timelines, scope, and budget Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate meetings, reviews, and post-project evaluations Ensure projects comply with company standards and best practices

> Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

> Education Qualification Required

Civil Engineer - Degree/Diploma

> Experience Required

Must have3 years of UAE experience as Project Manager

> Salary

Negotiable - as per experience
