Multiple Positions Open - Chinese-Funded Construction Company

A Chinese-funded construction company has secured several high-end villa and large-scale residential building projects in Dubai, UAE. We are now recruiting Chinese engineering and technical professionals with GCC experience, particularly UAE project experience, for the following key positions:

Project Manager -- 1 position

Construction/Production Manager -- 1 position

Site Engineer -- 2 positions

Job Requirements

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields

English proficiency at CET-6 level or above; Arabic language skills are a plus

Work Experience

5-10+ years of experience in GCC countries, especially the UAE, in building construction projects

Familiar with construction processes, quality control, and site coordination for high-end residential and villa projects

Experience with large central SOEs, state-owned enterprises, or overseas EPC/main contractor projects is preferred

Project Management Skills

Proficient in project management tools and software such as CAD

Experience with ERP, MS Project, Primavera, or similar systems is an advantage

Personal Competencies

Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and teamwork

Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority
