Project Manager:

We are looking for an organized and proactive

Project Manager

to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can coordinate teams, manage timelines, and solve problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing interior design projects from concept to handover Coordinate and control all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, BOQs, submittals, and approvals Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and correspondence with clients, suppliers, and consultants Act as a point of contact between the design team, site team, contractors, and clients Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and follow up with all stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met Attend client meetings and site visits, take minutes, and follow up on action points Review, understand, and coordinate AutoCAD / technical drawings and interior design documentation Support procurement, approvals, and material submittals in coordination with designers and suppliers Assist in site supervision, reporting progress, identifying issues, and supporting problem-solving on site
Requirements

Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management Ability to read and understand architectural and interior design drawings Strong organizational and document-control skills Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus) Confident in client communication and professional correspondence Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools is an advantage Willingness to attend site visits and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
