Experience & Skills
- Minimum 15-20 years overall experience in construction
- At least 5-7 years as Project Manager on high -rise towers (G+16 and above) in Dubai
- Proven successful experience managing full projects lifecycle from mobilization to handover.
- Strong contractual, commercial, and leadership skills
- Deep knowledge of DEWA, DCD< Empower, Etisalat/Du, RTA requirements
Certificate
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- PMP Certification (preferred)
- FIDIC contract experience (mandatory)
