Project Manager - Construction (Dubai Experience Required)

We are a well-established construction company in Dubai and are

urgently looking for an experienced Project Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate must have

a minimum of 10 years of UAE (Dubai-based) experience

managing construction projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee construction projects from planning to handover Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per approved specifications Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements Review drawings, contracts, and BOQs Handle project risks, variations, and claims Lead site teams and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience in Dubai (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, authorities' regulations, and local market conditions Proven experience handling mid to large-scale construction projects Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Valid UAE driving license preferred
Preferred Skills

PMP or similar certification (added advantage) Strong negotiation and contract management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
