Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver high-priority projects on time. This role involves managing resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations, while navigating scope changes and conflicting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:



Project Delivery:

Plan, track, and ensure successful completion of projects within scope, schedule with align of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Methodology & Tools:

Apply Waterfall-Hybrid and Agile methodologies; use Azure DevOps to organize and track work items.

Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Stakeholder Management:

Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicting priorities to ensure alignment.

Collaboration:

Foster communication and teamwork across cross-functional, remote, and distributed teams.

Problem Solving:

Address project risks and issues to keep projects on track.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, taking corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:



Proven project management experience with a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools. Ability to manage multiple projects with resources and conflicting deadlines. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. PMP or Agile , CSM , APM certification is a plus. Arabic speaking preferred.
