Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of luxury villa developments--from concept and design coordination to construction, inspection, and handover. Reporting directly to the
General Manager
, the role requires managing multiple teams and ensuring all project milestones are met at the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of luxury villa construction, including procurement, site supervision, subcontractor management, and final handover.
Ensure full compliance with Dubai regulatory requirements, project specifications, and luxury-grade material standards through continuous inspections and quality control.
Lead daily coordination with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to proactively address challenges and minimize project risks.
Utilize
Primavera or MS Project
for progress tracking, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain timelines.
Conduct HSE audits, cost reviews, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project execution and excellence in delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
7 years' experience
in luxury villa or high-end residential construction in the Dubai.
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
,
Construction Management
, or equivalent field.
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Office Suite
; certifications such as
PMP, RICS, or CIOB
are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
Immediate availability
