Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Project Manager
to lead and manage end-to-end construction project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical knowledge, and proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary construction projects in the UAE.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects according to scope, schedule, and budget
Coordinate with consultants, clients, engineers, subcontractors, and authorities
Oversee tendering, contracts, and procurement processes
Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, financial reports, and progress updates
Drive quality assurance and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE construction regulations
Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment with project specifications
Manage project risks, identify issues early, and implement mitigation plans
Facilitate progress meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
Ensure adherence to HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture
Lead project teams to achieve performance and delivery targets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience in the UAE (preferred)
Proven track record managing residential, commercial, or government construction projects
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong financial and contract management knowledge
