Responsibilities:
Lead planning and implementation of construction projects.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed.
Prepare project reports, proposals, and cost estimates.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
Resolve issues and conflicts on-site.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
8+ years of experience in construction project management.
Dubai Municipality G+12 approved engineer accreditation is required
