We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Construction Project Manager

to oversee and manage construction projects in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate must have a

Civil Engineering degree

,

10+ years of relevant experience

, hands-on expertise in site & project management, and must be

Dubai Municipality approved for G+UNLIMITTED

. The Project Manager will be responsible for the complete project cycle from planning to successful handover.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and manage all phases of construction projects in line with Dubai Municipality regulations and project specifications. Prepare detailed project schedules, work programs, and allocate resources effectively. Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with DM, DCD, DEWA, RTA, and other relevant authorities for all approvals, inspections, and submissions. Manage project budgets, cost control, material procurement, and minimize variations. Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical documents to ensure clarity in execution. Conduct regular site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for progress updates. Implement and monitor QA/QC and HSE standards across the project. Identify risks, delays, and technical issues, and apply corrective measures. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients. Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities. Ensure all completion certificates and necessary authority approvals are obtained. Perform regular site visits using a valid UAE driving license.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum

10 years

of experience in commercial construction projects.

Dubai Municipality G+UNLIMITTED

is mandatory. Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approval processes. Proven experience in project planning, coordination, and execution. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, and project documentation. Valid

UAE Driving License
