Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of interior fit-out projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your role will involve project planning, budget management, client communication, team coordination, quality control, procurement, health and safety compliance, documentation, time management, and post-project evaluation. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills, who can effectively manage stakeholders and ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, define objectives, establish timelines, and determine resource requirements.
Budget Management: Oversee project budget, negotiate prices, and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, provide regular updates, and address concerns or issues.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate activities, assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve conflicts.
Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and client specifications through inspections and addressing deficiencies.
Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Procure materials, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery to the project site.
Health and Safety Compliance: Implement safety measures, conduct inspections, and maintain a safe working environment.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to clients and management.
Time Management: Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively address delays or obstacles.
Post-Project Evaluation: Assess project success, gather feedback, and utilize insights for future improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Valid UAE driving license.
Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
Strong management skills in overseeing site workers and sub-contractors.
Technical knowledge and understanding of drawings.
Dedication, commitment, and a hardworking.
