About Role:

We are seeking an organized and proactive

Project Manager

to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across teams. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record of managing projects successfully from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage resources effectively. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership. Facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, and project review sessions. Ensure projects adhere to budget, quality standards, and business objectives. Promote process improvements and implement project management best practices. Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum). Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Agile) Experience in tech, software, or SaaS projects Familiarity with Odoo or ERP system project implementation Experience in process improvement initiatives and change management
