5 years' experience in high-rise tower construction projects in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of MEP (Mechanical ) works with a focus on ensuring project execution aligns with local regulations, quality standards, and timelines.
(HV/LV, lighting, BMS, fire alarm, etc.).
Ensure proper planning, coordination, and execution of MEP works in high-rise building projects.
Review MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals for accuracy and compliance.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to resolve conflicts and interface issues.
Technical & Compliance:
Ensure that all electrical works conform to
Dubai Municipality
,
DEWA
,
DMCC
, and
Trakhees
regulations.
Conduct inspections and testing to verify compliance with specifications and codes.
Prepare and monitor
project schedules, material submittals
, and
progress reports
.
Manage procurement of electrical materials and ensure delivery within project timelines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in MEP Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
in
high-rise tower construction
, particularly in
Dubai
.
Strong understanding of
DEWA approvals, load schedules, LV/MV design
, and
site execution
.
Proven experience in managing
full MEP works
, with a focus on
electrical installation, testing & commissioning
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
,
MS Project
,
Primavera
, and MEP coordination tools.
Knowledge of
local codes
,
regulations
, and
international standards
(BS, IEC, NFPA).
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
