Responsible for planning, managing, and supervising all construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per UAE regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and cost control measures.
Manage workforce, allocate tasks, and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
Review drawings, BOQ, and approve materials and workmanship quality.
Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and enforce HSE procedures.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
Ensure timely procurement and effective resource planning.
Handle variations, change orders, and ensure documentation accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10-15 years UAE construction experience.
Strong knowledge of local regulations, authority approvals, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
