Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and technically savvy Project Coordinator / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing multiple interior design projects, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth communication across all teams involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple turnkey interior design projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients, addressing any concerns or changes.
Maintain effective communication with clients about schedules and updates.
Coordinate with site teams, in-charges, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and tackle any arising issues.
Attend meetings, take comprehensive notes, and compile Minutes of Meeting (MoMs) to share with relevant parties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the interior design or furniture industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical understanding of fit-out works, MEP, and joinery operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
