Starting salary: from 7,000 AED per month (depending on experience) Performance-based bonus to be determined based on business results and project profitability
About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee different projects end-to-end (360) -- from planning and budgeting, to marketing and promotion, to implementation and profit optimization. The ideal candidate is business-minded, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time while ensuring quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects from idea to execution and post-launch evaluation Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and clear KPIs Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (suppliers, agencies, freelancers, etc.) Lead the marketing and promotion of projects (online and offline) to drive awareness and sales Monitor project performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to increase profit Prepare regular progress and financial reports for management Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Identify risks and issues early and propose practical solutions Be available and responsive to business needs and urgent requests
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in one of the following (or related) fields: Human Resources Business Management Marketing
. Data analytics

Technology / IT Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Strong project management and organizational skills Good understanding of marketing and business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus) together with presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in project management, operations, or business development ( not applicable for fresh graduation) Experience working in the UAE market especially Dubai ( not applicable for fresh graduation) Analytical mindset with the ability to read numbers and make data-driven decisions
