Requirements:
Minimum
8 years of UAE experience

fit-out industry

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
is mandatory.
Proven experience in managing multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle clients, contractors, and site teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage all phases of fit-out projects.
Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Ensure all works comply with project specifications and UAE regulations.
Prepare progress reports and present updates to management.
Resolve project-related issues promptly to ensure smooth execution.
