About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to lead the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance efforts for major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in

PPP (Public-Private Partnership)

project environments and a proven track record delivering projects of similar scope and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of project delivery, including design, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance. Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and public/private sector stakeholders. Ensure project delivery meets cost, quality, safety, and schedule targets. Oversee project controls, risk management, reporting, and contractual compliance. Provide leadership and strategic guidance to support successful delivery within a PPP environment. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience

in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of similar infrastructure projects.

Project Manager (or equivalent) on at least two similar PPP projects

or projects of comparable scope and value.

Bachelor's degree

in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining Engineering or equivalent discipline.

Chartered or Professional Engineering status

(CEng, MICE, PE, or equivalent) with

at least 10 years of post-qualification experience

.

Project Management Professional (PMP)

certification (mandatory).

Preferred Skills & Attributes

Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in project controls, scheduling, and risk management methodologies. Proven ability to manage large, complex projects in a PPP environment. Strong understanding of engineering, construction, and operational interfaces.
