Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in high-rise buildings to lead, plan, and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The candidate must have proven expertise in managing large-scale, multi-storey building projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Review drawings, specifications, and contractual documents for high-rise structures.

Coordinate with consultants, and internal teams.

Prepare method statements and work programs.

Supervise and oversee all construction activities on high-rise building projects.

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, authority requirements, and quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and structural works.

Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditures.

Manage cost control, variation orders, and procurement of materials.

Review and approve vendor invoices and subcontractor payments.

Ensure construction works meet specifications and high-rise building standards.

Oversee inspections, testing, and snagging.

Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.

Lead site meetings and resolve project issues.

Provide updates on risks, delays, and mitigation measures.

Lead and motivate site engineers, supervisors, and project staff.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Strong experience in high-rise building construction (mandatory).

10-15 years of relevant project management experience.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local authority regulations.

Proficiency in project management software
