Job Description

Should have Minimum 8 Years of UAE experience in fitout industry
should have Civil Engineering Background.
Preferred Candidate who can join Immediate Basis.
Salary AED 10 to 15 K+ Car + Other benefits.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. This includes managing budgets, schedules, vendors, and site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Project Planning & Execution



Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth project flow. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

2. Site Management



Supervise site execution and ensure work aligns with design intent and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues proactively. Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance protocols are followed.

3. Coordination & Communication



Serve as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Conduct regular project meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and present progress reports, drawings, and documentation to clients.

4. Budgeting & Procurement



Track project costs and manage financial controls to prevent overruns. Work with procurement teams to source materials, negotiate vendor terms, and ensure timely delivery.

5. Quality Control



Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet project specifications and standards. Handle snag lists and ensure completion of all finishing details before handover.

6. Handover & Post-Completion



Prepare documentation for final handover. Manage post-handover support, warranty issues, and client satisfaction follow-ups.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
