Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise demolition projects from inception to completion
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Secure necessary permits and documentation for demolition works
Monitor site progress and performance, addressing issues to maintain timelines and quality
Prepare progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders
Oversee and coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and equipment vendors
Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
in demolition, construction, or related fields
Proven
project management
background in demolition or site works
Strong understanding of
demolition techniques, equipment, and safety practices
Excellent
leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret
blueprints and technical documents
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
and project management tools
OSHA 30
certification or equivalent (preferred)
Valid
driver's license
and willingness to travel to project sites
