Should have Minimum 8 Years of UAE experience in fitout industry
should have Civil Engineering Background.
Preferred Candidate who can join Immediate Basis.
Salary AED 10 to 15 K+ Car + Other benefits.

Project Planning & Management

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure alignment with project scope. Prepare and manage budgets, cash flow forecasts, and procurement schedules. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

2. Execution & Supervision

Oversee on-site construction and fit-out activities to ensure quality and progress. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely material delivery. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

3. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants. Provide regular project updates and progress reports. Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction at all stages. Obtain necessary approvals and sign-offs from clients and authorities.

4. Financial Control

Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets. Validate contractor and supplier invoices and variations. Support the finance team in project billing and collection processes.

5. Handover & Closeout

Ensure completion of snag lists and final documentation. Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final inspections. Handover completed projects to clients with all as-built drawings, manuals, and warranties.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum

5-10 years

of experience in

interior fit-out project management

(commercial, retail, F&B, or corporate interiors preferred). Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes. Proficiency in

MS Project / Primavera

, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
