We are currently recruiting a project manager for a project that is about to be completed and a new one, so we mainly value the business ability of the interviewees
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of fit-out projects, including design, procurement, construction, and handover.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and expectations.
Supervise and lead project teams, including engineers and subcontractors, to ensure successful execution.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential challenges.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
Provide regular progress reports and updates to clients and stakeholders.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in the construction industry, specifically within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex projects.
Priority will be given to candidates with extensive experience as a Technical or Commercial Lead on High-Rise Building projects.
In-depth knowledge of UAE local building codes, contract laws and regulations, and project management processes.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, etc.).
Must have PMP certification
What we offer
Salary: AED 30,000-40,000 per month, based on the interview
