: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our interior design and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project completion while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in interior design or construction.
Strong understanding of design principles, and project management methodologies.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are a plus.
