? Project Manager // Business Assistant in Dubai

Hi! I'm the founder of restay.ae and I'm looking for a business assistant / project manager who will become my right hand and help with day-to-day business and project management.

About the company:

Launched at the end of 2024, we do subleasing and short-term rental property management in Dubai We operate like a startup: very little bureaucracy and lots of processes that still need to be built, but there aren't enough hands yet :)
What matters:

Very structured approach to work and attention to details Knowledge / experience working as project manager / business analyst or in a similar role (ideally in a business with a strong operational component) Based in Dubai permanently (or ready to relocate / travel to Dubai within 1 year) Fluent English Students-welcome position (could adjust and make it as a part-time role)
Key responsibilities:

Supporting operational management of the team Structuring current processes and improving internal transparency Implementing new tools to optimize operations (including AI where it makes sense)
