Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed IT Services projects across infrastructure, cloud, security, and support services.
Manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement by applying ITIL service management practices.
Implement PRINCE2 methodology and/or PMP standards in all phases of project execution.
Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering value-driven outcomes.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, risk logs, status reports, and change requests.
Ensure projects are compliant with contractual obligations, SLAs, and governance frameworks.
Coordinate across multi-functional teams in different geographies (onshore/offshore).
Support presales and proposal writing by estimating project scope, effort, and cost.
Report on project performance to executive leadership and provide actionable insights.
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
PMP Certification

PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification

ITIL Foundation or higher (v3/v4)
- required.
7+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in Managed IT Services.
Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and ITSM tools.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Asana).
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with global teams and enterprise clients.
Familiarity with SLA management, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination.
