Job Summary:
Seeking a highly organized and creative Exhibition Project Manager with strong graphic design skills to lead and execute exhibition projects from concept through completion.
This role combines project management with hands-on design responsibilities to ensure high-quality, visually engaging, and strategically aligned exhibition experiences.
Lead end-to-end project management for exhibitions, trade shows, installations, and event displays.
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Manage budgets, procurement, and logistics for exhibition materials and services.
Conduct on-site supervision during setup and takedown as needed.
Ensure all projects meet brand standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
Preferred:
Experience working with exhibition stand builders, printers, and fabricators.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations for exhibitions.
Knowledge of sustainable materials and eco-friendly exhibition design practices.
