Fusion Touch Technical Interiors L.L.C. is seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction while maintaining project budgets and compliance with local authority standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all phases of interior fit-out projects. Review design drawings, specifications, and project scopes before mobilization. Coordinate with clients, consultants, developers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution. Supervise site teams and ensure work quality and progress meet approved timelines. Manage project budgets, variations, and cost control efficiently. Ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other authority standards. Oversee procurement scheduling and material approvals. Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation. Ensure strict implementation of HSE standards on site. Manage snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior or related field. Minimum

3-4 years of UAE experience

in

interior fit-out project management

. Strong knowledge of

authority approval processes

(DM, DCD, Trakhees, Nakheel, etc.). Proven track record of managing retail, office, or F&B fit-out projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. UAE driving license preferred.
