with over 6 years of proven experience in managing landscape projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, coordination, and technical expertise to oversee all phases of landscape development from design through execution and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of landscape projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead site teams, including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Review and approve landscape designs, drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.
Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with UAE municipality and environmental regulations.
Oversee procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of landscape materials and plants.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Manage project variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of UAE experience managing landscape projects (commercial or infrastructure).
Strong understanding of UAE climate-specific planting schemes, irrigation systems, and hardscape materials.
Knowledge of local authority regulations (e.g., DM, DDA, ADM, RTA).
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
Preferred Skills:
PMP or similar project management certification.
Experience with sustainable landscape practices and LEED/GREEN BUILDING standards.
Bilingual (Arabic/English) is an advantage.
