Job Description

We are seeking an

experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager (Civil)

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure optimal efficiency. Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Identify potential project risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare progress reports and present project updates to senior management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. Proven experience (minimum 10+ years) managing large-scale civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management principles. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
