Interior Design & Fit-Out Project Manager
Join a youth-driven, creative, and innovative team delivering high-quality design & fit-out projects across the UAE.
Responsibilities
Manage interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion.
Review, coordinate, and approve design drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation.
Lead the development of
interior design concepts
, mood boards, and material selections in collaboration with the design team.
Ensure all interior design elements -- including color schemes, layouts, lighting, and materials -- align with client vision and project objectives.
Oversee FF&E selection, procurement, and installation to ensure alignment with design intent.
Supervise site execution and ensure project quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
Handle authority submission drawings and approvals (DDA, DM, DEWA, DCD, etc.).
Conduct regular site inspections, issue progress reports, and resolve technical/site issues.
Manage snagging, testing & commissioning, and final handover documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Architecture or Interior Design

3-5 years of UAE experience in interior design & fit-out project management.
Strong knowledge of FF&E procurement, materials, finishes, and joinery.
Proven experience coordinating design, fit-out, and MEP works.
Familiarity with authority requirements and approval processes.
Field Skills
Ability to lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
Skilled in project scheduling, BOQ review, and cost control.
Experience in FF&E coordination and supplier management.
Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out processes and site execution.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
High attention to detail and design quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
Proactive, problem-solving approach with initiative.
