Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with management and client requirements.
Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure all stakeholders understand objectives and timelines.
Team Coordination
Supervise and guide project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across teams.
Foster a collaborative environment for achieving project goals.
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
Monitor expenses, track variances, and implement corrective actions when required.
Review and approve invoices and change orders.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure projects comply with technical standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Address and resolve issues or conflicts promptly.
Communication & Reporting
Act as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and documentation.
Conduct project review meetings and prepare final project completion reports.
Risk Management
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage project changes and unforeseen challenges effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction, engineering, or real estate industry.
Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
