Role Overview:

We're looking for an organized, proactive, and client-focused

Project Manager

to join

DigiTea's Dubai team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and can manage end-to-end brand, marketing, and content projects. You'll be the bridge between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and top-quality output across all campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for Dubai-based clients, managing day-to-day communication. Plan, coordinate, and track progress across content, video, design, and marketing deliverables. Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, post-production) to ensure timelines are met. Monitor project workflows and proactively solve issues before they escalate. Manage approvals, revisions, and client expectations efficiently. Ensure final deliverables meet brand guidelines and project objectives. Maintain detailed records of project milestones, timelines, and reports for the leadership team. Support new client onboarding and contribute to improving internal systems and processes.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in project management or client servicing (preferably in a creative agency or media company). Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with social media content workflows, video production, and digital marketing. Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Based in Dubai with availability for client meetings and on-ground coordination.
