The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential and commercial property developments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all phases of real estate development projects, from concept design to handover.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities (DLD, RERA, Municipality, etc.).
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, health, and safety standards.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
Evaluate contractor performance and ensure quality control at all project stages.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiations.
Ensure all project documentation and approvals are properly maintained.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5-10 years of UAE experience in project management within real estate development.
Proven record in delivering residential and/or commercial developments.
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, RERA regulations, and local authority approval processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
