We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Project Manager
to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction project activities.
Supervise site engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
