Project Manager
with a strong background in building construction to lead the execution of our upcoming
residential project in Al Garhoud, Dubai
.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle -- from planning and execution to handover -- for the
B+G+4 residential building with roof, swimming pool, and landscaping
.
Supervise site operations, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
Review and monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for design approvals, inspections, and project updates.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory authorities.
Manage cost control, procurement, and project documentation effectively.
Identify potential risks and apply proactive solutions to maintain smooth project progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management
.
10-15 years of experience
in construction management, including
5+ years in the UAE
.
Proven experience managing
residential building projects
(preferably B+G+4 or similar).
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Proficient in
Primavera P6
or
MS Project
for scheduling and project control.
Solid knowledge of
UAE construction standards and authority procedures
.
Available to join immediately or within short notice (preferred).
