Manage end-to-end fit-out project lifecycle: design coordination, procurement, construction, handover.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of work.
Conduct site inspections and resolve any site issues or conflicts.
Prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and other project documentation.
Coordinate with design teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
Handle risk management and implement corrective measures when required.
Oversee the handover process including snagging, commissioning, and close-out documentation.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
